Well, Agent 008 have the license to kill say f*** (& show the middle finger) wherever, whenever, however the person likes.
How do you get such a license? Well, apparently you have to look it, talk it, act it.
Oh my... That sounds very wrong. Not look it, talk it and act it!!! Not in that way... - but you have to LOOK like a person who always have the "f" word in each every sentence that comes out of their mouth.
Even if you don't actually practice such a way, like it or not, you will be given the privilege as long as you.............. look it, talk it, act it.
