It must be a pleasurable feeling to be worried. If not, why would one constantly worry?
Remembered a quote, forgotten who said it but it goes like this..
"Worrying are only for fools."
But how can one help it?
When one finally has free time to enjoy, *pop*.... An endless list of things to think, prepare and....... what else? worry!
There are definitely ill-effects of worrying, such as wasting precious time on worrying, which should be spent on progressive activities (such as de-stressing!).
Another side effect: It really really annoys the people around you.
Friends would be sick of listening to you... yakking, yakking, yakking........ all on the same issue. really SICKENING!
So, for those who just worry too much (e.g. me). One thing, worrying always make things worse than ever. That is said from experience!
Let things come by.
Prepare yourself but never over-think.
Brace yourself but don't do the unnecessary. Do what is needed.
Your time can be spent on better things. Not to mention, more interesting things!
QUOTE (if anyone else hasn't)
"worrying are for people who have too much time in their hands."
So........
Not enough time?
Don't worry!
P/S: Apparently, SASA interview list is coming out in the next two weeks. Interview in the end of August.
Remeber..... DON'T WORRY!
yea rite.
